Under normal circumstances, with only Sid to beat, this should represent a certain goal. However, the casual nonchalance of both Si Waters (top right in tracksuit bottoms and magic boots!) and the adjacent cricket players, indicate the imminent and inevitable goal-bound blunder of Duncan 'Birtles' Perrin.

Nice pop-socks though.

The Allstars now had, like Jez in the above photos, an almost unstoppable momentum. With football tournaments as the theme, the boys would return to grace Nottingham with their unique brand of football in time for the World Cup in '98...
