After the drinks in Castle Bar, our intrepid revellers headed through the mean street of Nottingham for the splendid Cumin Indian Restaurant on Maid Marion Way.

Northern Allstars - The Last Standing XI.

No regurgitation was employed in the making of this photo.

Most Allstars prepared to head off for a well-earned sleep after The Cumin, but Max and Jack fancied a bit more of the high life, 'meeting up' with a 'lost' Billy early on down some side street. The news feed runs dry at this point.

Unlike the banks, the Allstars employ a transparent and morally justified approach to its finances. As a consequence, the £24 surplus from the pitch subs was donated to Max's chosen charity- Help for Heroes. Max would drive from Berkhamsted to Agadir (Morroco) in less than 3 days.

At some point in proceedings Max had proposed a new event - Allstars golf. This hasn't come off to date, but Max did make an unscheduled 2 night stay at Chez Mince during the Open at Royal Lytham. You couldn't move for braying voices, silly trousers, garish jumpers, and stupid haircuts round Lytham St Annes that week - the Open was just like a huge Monday night at the Black Orchid circa 1990.
